OPENING HOURS
Our open hours are between 8am-6pm every day.
For business we are 24/7 but outside of these hours we are doing our normal household routines and so we do not accept arrivals or collections outside of these hours without an additional charge.
PLEASE MAKE SURE...
~ Females are not due, or in, season at the time of any visit.
~ Males are neutered or chemically implanted (we cannot accept intact boys of any age).
~ Your Sausage has had core vaccines (or Titre tested).
~ KC vaccine is not required, so if your Sausage has had the KC vaccine then at least 6 weeks has passed
~ If your Sausage is adopted or a rescue, that you've owned them for a full year.
~ Your Sausage doesn't have any 'Unacceptable Behaviours' as per our Terms & Conditions section 9.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
🐾 Can I make a booking before a Meet & Greet or Trial Stay?
Yes. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your dates while the Meet & Greet and Overnight Trial are completed (ideally within 4 weeks).
Your booking is confirmed once your dog passes their Trial.
If not suitable, the deposit is not refundable.
If successful, the deposit is deducted from your final balance.
🐶 Can I book if my dog hasn’t visited for over a year?
If it’s been over a year, we require:

New Registration & Vet Release forms

Updated vaccination records

A short Trial stay
Things may have changed here in that last year, so this allows us to get reacquainted with your dog and understand any changes in their needs so we can provide the best possible care.
🏡 How does the Overnight Trial Stay work?
Required only for bookings longer than 3 nights.
The Trial lasts almost 2 days / 1 night, usually from 11am drop-off to 6pm next day collection.
It is chargeable — see Services / Prices.
This helps us understand your Sausage's behaviour and comfort levels away from you, and establish if they would be happy here for a longer stay.

🍽 What do I need to bring?
Food: Enough for the stay (plus extra). Raw/fresh meals must be frozen (we have plenty of freezer space).
Harness: For emergency vet travel.
🧸 Beds, Bowls & Toys
We provide everything your dog needs.
You may bring a small blanket from home.
Personal items damaged by other guests cannot be replaced.

For safety, no children under 16 may visit our home.
