Aww my precious little Cookie had her big spay operation today. She’s now 2 years old, has been through her three seasons, and was such a brave girl at the vets. They all loved her and gave her lots of cuddles. She’s home now, a bit sleepy and groggy, but resting comfortably. With Nellie and little Dave to watch over her, I've no doubt she’ll be back to her bright, bouncy, happy little self by tomorrow 💕🐾

A few days ago I supported another sausage-homeboarder on her page after a troll (someone I don’t know) posted some very unfair comments, claiming that anyone who homeboards their dog “shouldn’t own a dog”. I replied, giving several real-life examples of why people may choose or need home boarding — such as weddings, births, bereavements, funerals, moving home, holidays, starting a new job, and so on.

Unfortunately, that same troll then left my page a negative review, despite never being a customer. As a result, my previously 100% review rating has dropped to 98%. I’ve reported the review to Facebook in the hope it will be removed, although there’s no guarantee.

I don’t normally ask for feedback, as I always prefer people to leave it only if they genuinely wish to. However, given the circumstances, if any of my lovely customers would like to leave a positive review (in the Reviews section of my Facebook homepage - please mark your review as 'public' to ensure it can be seen) to help towards restoring my % rating, I would be truly grateful. Thank you so very much for your continued support — it really does mean the world. 💛🐾

It’s been a joy watching her get stronger and steadier on her legs too. Onwards and upwards, Piggie — here’s to a fabulous 2026! ✨
